Mission Statement

We will provide a safe community in which all students are challenged to become productive workers, life-long learners, and responsible citizens.

Vision

Students:  Our students actively set goals to achieve and exceed grade level standards. They will be successful in their intellectual and personal achievements. Students demonstrate responsibility for safe and respectful conduct.

Staff:  The staff at Green Valley engages in a professional learning community by cultivating respectful, cooperative, and collaborative relationships. We develop and implement formative assessments. Our staff participates in ongoing, research-based professional development.

Curriculum:  Our curriculum is standards based. We utilize student-centered strategies for all. Systematic interventions are provided as needed.

Climate:  Green Valley Middle School provides a safe, positive, and clean campus. We establish and nurture strong, long-term cooperative relationships, while ensuring growth through electives, athletics, clubs, and activities.

Technology:  Our state of the art technological facilities are coupled with qualified instructors who educate students to become productive in the twenty-first century work force.
